Service Agreement

RUSH ORDERS:

We are happy to accept orders within 2-3 days of your event date. Please note that customizations and/or product selection may be limited, and/or substitution(s) may be required.

  • All orders accommodating 1-4 people are subject to minimum $50 rush order fee.

  • All orders accommodating 5-9 people are subject to a minimum $75 rush order fee.

  • All orders accommodating 10 or more people are subject to a minimum $150 rush order fee.

FINAL GUEST COUNT:

  • Final guest count for all orders is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.

  • Orders placed within seven (7) days prior to the event date must provide final guest count at the time of order.

  • Rush orders, orders placed within 2-3 days of your event date, must provide final guest count at the time of order.

CHANGE ORDERS/ADDITIONS:

Any order changes, customizations, or additions must be received ten (10) days prior to the event date.

Any changes within five (5) days of the event date will be subject to a minimum Change Order Fee of $100.

All order changes, customizations, or additions must be made within three (3) days of the event date.

No order changes, customizations, or additions will be accepted within two (2) days of the event date.
